The project, carried out by the University of Extremadura, focuses on the development of a task sequencing system for special employment centres and occupational workshops. The system will allow people with a cognitive disability to work in equal conditions, because providing them with a system that allows them to consult in which step of the task they are currently in, how it is carried out and how to move on to the next step reduces their dependence on others in order to carry out productive work, which is the main reason that special employment centres consider limits their ability to assume workloads, and therefore hire additional employees.

POSET has been conceived as a communication platform that can connect hired and hiring entities in such a way that tasks may be distributed and contacts can be made, regardless of the geographic location of the parties involved. In addition to the most common sections, this portal makes it possible to specifically publish the activities that the contractors would like to have carried out, publish the activities that may be carried out by hired entities, track the tasks assigned, and create public and private profiles of the entities in order to identify synergies...
