The objective of this project is to build an accessible digital television receiver for the different types of users with disabilities. The receiver includes the following features:

• Voice syntesis on the receiver.
• Audio enhancements.
• Inclusion of a video signal window to display the video flow with lower resolution (useful for instance to display a sign language interpreter).
• Modifications to enhance the accessibility of the receiver graphical interface (menus, navigator, guides, etc.) for people with visual impairments.
