Training is essential for developing professional skills in order to increase employability and opt for a normal job in equal conditions. Indra's relation and collaboration with universities has positioned it as a company committed to training.

Scholarship programme: "Sumando Capacidades" ("Joining up Skills").

This scholarship programme is run in collaboration with the Adecco Foundation and aims to promote workforce integration at Indra for university students and recent graduates with disabilities. Innovation is the main driving force at the company and, in this sense, diversity in an essential element for continued growth.

The programme is aimed at students with any type of disability in their final year on diploma and degree programmes and recent graduates with under a year's work experience.

The grants last for a maximum 12 months.
