A serious game that provides occupational and risk prevention training for people with intellectual disability. IntegraGame is a serious game that provides virtual training in occupational activities. By playing the game, workers learn safe protocols in a friendly and efficient environment.
Specifically, the project consists of a 3D game that recreates the work environment of a hostel where the majority of the employees have some kind of disability. The workers take part in a training exercise that allows them to practice the various cleaning activities required for their job.
The game therefore facilitates adaptation to the workplace through familiarization with the environment. Skills are improved by repetition, workers' abilities are quickly assessed, the risk of accident is reduced, and the production process is enhanced through training and the identification of possible risks.
